Senior Civil Designer
Warren D. Hanson has accumulated 19 years of experience in the capacity of Senior Civil Designer and more than 30 years of total experience as a civil designer. As a Senior Civil Designer he has had the responsibilities of supervising other designers and drafters as well as the administrative duties associated with the position.
Over the course of Mr. Hanson’s career he has been involved with a wide variety of projects ranging from capping the Town of Babylon Landfill to the site design for the Federal Courthouse in Islip, from the Ferry Terminal in Port Jefferson to numerous apartment complexes, office buildings, malls and stand alone retail developments. Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans and inspections have been part of his responsibilities. Mr. Hanson has been involved in many projects from the earliest conception thru permitting and agency approvals and construction, serving as an inspector and field engineer on some projects, to obtaining the Certificate of Occupancy.
Mr. Hanson holds a Civil Engineering Technology / Senior Engineering Technician Certificate granted by the National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies.
